1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vizera, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity.
2. User accounts
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Promptly update your account information if it changes
- Notify us immediately at support@vizera.design if you suspect unauthorized access
- Not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account unless your plan expressly permits it
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
3. Subscription terms
Vizera offers subscription-based access to premium features. Plans, pricing, and included features are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Available plans
- Free — $0, with limited projects, images, and watermarked exports
- Pro — $19 per month, billed monthly, with unlimited projects, cloud sync, and clean exports
- Team — $49 per month, billed monthly, with Pro features plus shared project access and team seats
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Vizera and our payment processor (Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Upgrades may be prorated at our discretion. Price changes will be communicated in advance and apply to subsequent billing periods.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to upload, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written consent
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted under a Team plan
- Circumvent usage limits, watermarks, or other technical restrictions
We may investigate and take appropriate action — including content removal, account suspension, or termination — for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or harms other users or the Service.
5. Intellectual property
Our property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Vizera and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited license described below.
Your content
You retain ownership of images, projects, moodboards, and other materials you upload or create using the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant Vizera a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that its use through the Service does not infringe any third-party rights.
Feedback
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Vizera does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that your User Content will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizera and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Vizera in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support@vizera.design.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service ends immediately
- Active subscriptions will not renew, subject to our Refund Policy for eligible charges
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period, as described in our Privacy Policy
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
8. General provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vizera regarding the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
